What would you do? • You own Generation Studio, the platform capability that turns a governed metric, a business question or a business problem into finished reports and decks. Generation Studio is one of the two AI experience surfaces that lead the build, and it is in from the proof of concept. • You build the pipeline that takes figures the deterministic engine has already computed and produces the executive summary decks and operational Excel outputs that delivery teams issue today, with the language model writing and assembling prose only, never computing a number. • You work to a firm boundary: the engine owns the arithmetic, the model owns the words, and every output clears the automated quality gate before it can be released.
What are we looking for? • Hands-on GenAI and LLM engineering experience taken through to production, not proof of concept only • Python • NLP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector databases (pgvector) • Agentic orchestration • API development with FastAPI or Django • Report and document generation to Excel and PowerPoint outputs
Roles and Responsibilities: • Own Generation Studio end to end, from the proof of concept through MVP and later waves • Build the generation pipeline that assembles reports and decks from pre-computed, governed figures • Enforce the numbers-to-prose boundary: the model narrates and assembles, it does not calculate • Integrate Generation Studio with the deterministic aggregation engine, the metric registry and the metadata catalog • Route every output through the automated QC and validation gate before release • Direct the Generation Studio developer, set the technical approach and review the work • Contribute prompt patterns, grounding methods and output templates back to the shared platform • Work with the solution architect as design authority and with the other AI and LLM lead on shared patterns
