Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data modeling concepts within business intelligence environments.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring seamless deployment of application updates.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to packaged or SaaS applications to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
