Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous financial management and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, strategic, and innovative teammates.

You'll deliver critical financial insights and support to our project teams, fostering sound economic management and optimizing project financial targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Work Package Owners, Accounting Team), ensure control of project results, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the precision of financial project data, uphold compliance with financial standards, and proactively manage risks and opportunities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Validate Manufacturing BOM (mBOM) financials to support project EAC (Estimate at Completion)
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis of mBOM gaps (line-by-line explanation)
  • Ensure alignment between BOM, EAC, actuals, and “To Be Engaged” costs
  • Manage risks, savings, and opportunities across projects
  • Conduct monthly reviews of BOM evolution by subsystem, material category, and supplier
  • Maintain financial index database for inflation tracking and cost analysis
  • Ensure consistency across budget, forecast, and actual project figures
  • Act as business partner to Project Procurement and Project Finance teams
  • Analyze monthly actual costs vs forecast and identify variances
  • Support cost forecasting and timing with Procurement teams
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for cost monitoring and progress tracking
  • Review purchase price variance (PPV) and material rate variances
  • Own and manage SAP/GSI transactions and reporting tools (e.g., QlikView, BI tools)
  • Monitor extra costs, claims, and liaise with Claims department
  • Track and forecast revenue, gross margin, and cost-to-completion
  • Ensure strong procurement/material control and governance processes
  • Validate cost assumptions, QCD performance, and tender-stage costing
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives (cost reduction / “cost killing”)
  • Monitor WIP, cost performance vs targets, and financial accuracy of project data
  • Provide financial reporting, KPIs, and benchmarking (cost, productivity, delivery)
  • Identify cost drift and productivity risks; propose mitigation actions
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules, processes, and project control standards
  • Support management with reliable financial insights and ad-hoc reporting

  • A Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (CA / CMA)

  • Experience or understanding of Project Controlling / Costing / Corporate Finance

  • Knowledge of financial management systems, notably SAP

  • Familiarity with MS Excel

  • A certification in finance or a related field is a plus

  • Robust analytical and presentation skills
