Manager - DevOps & Cloud (Azure)

Job Summary

 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager - DevOps & Cloud to lead DevOps initiatives, cloud platform engineering, and automation efforts on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, AKS, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and team leadership.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage cloud-native deployments using AKS and Docker.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams.
• Drive automation, cloud optimization, and operational excellence.

 

 

Required Skills

 

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, ACR, Key Vault, API Management, and Storage Accounts.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Good understanding of .NET applications and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Azure AI Services, GitHub Copilot, and LLM technologies.

 

 

Leadership Skills

 

• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive technical decisions and cloud transformation initiatives.

 

 

Preferred: Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305) and experience managing enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
