Customer Support Executive

Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to manage Meta Ads client communication and coordination. The founder will handle campaign strategy and execution; you will handle clients and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication on WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with clients.
• Send payment reminders and track pending payments.
• Collect creatives, ad copies, business details, and required access.
• Maintain client records, pending tasks, and daily status reports.
• Coordinate with the Manager and escalate important client issues.
• Handle basic client queries and follow up with inactive clients.
• Assist with campaign budget updates as instructed.
• Ensure clients receive timely and professional support.

Requirements:

• Good English communication.
• Strong client-handling and organizational skills.
• Good time management and multitasking ability.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads preferred.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Calendar & Zoom/Meet.
• Proactive, responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
