Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Executive/Caretaker to manage guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and billing while ensuring excellent customer service.

  • ResponsibilitiesHandle guest check-in/check-out and reservations.
  • Attend calls, WhatsApp and guest enquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping.
  • Maintain billing, records and daily reports.
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
  • RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in a hotel, homestay or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Polite, responsible and customer-focused attitude.

Salary: As per experience.
