Job Title: Executive Patient Experience

Experience :2-5 Years in( Healthcare/ Hospital/ Customer service/Pharmaceuticals/ insurance )

Qualification:Graduate in any stream.


Location: Nayagarh / Puri/ Tangi / Banamalipur / Dhenkanal / Kendrapada/ Balangir/ / Sambalpur / Aska/ Phulbani/ / Bhawanipatna /G Udayagiri/ Angul/ Jagatsinghpur


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help patients with registration, documentation, and hospital procedures.
  • Coordinate with billing, insurance, and nursing departments.
  • Support admitted patients with non-medical needs.
  • Assist patients during discharge and ensure all reports and medicines are provided.
  • Explain available healthcare services and benefits to patients.
  • Maintain good coordination with hospital staff.
  • Collect patient feedback and share daily updates with the manager.
