Job Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to cold or warm leads.
  • Follow up on marketing leads from web forms, ads, or webinars.
  • Reach out to parents or students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their learning needs or career goals.

Counselling and Pitching

  • Explain the features, curriculum, and benefits of EdTech programs.
  • Act as an academic advisor to match courses with student goals.
  • Give virtual product demos or presentations.
  • Handle customer doubts, hesitations, and price objections.

Sales Closing and Admin

  • Convert phone inquiries and follow-ups into paid course enrollments.
  • Explain pricing, installment plans (EMIs), and refund rules.
  • Log all call notes, lead updates, and follow-up schedules in the CRM tool.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly target quotas for revenue and admissions
