*Job Summary*
We are hiring skilled *Automotive Welders* for our automotive manufacturing and assembly plant. Candidates with experience in *MIG, TIG, Spot, or Robotic Welding* will be assigned to suitable production units based on skill tests.

*Key Responsibilities (By Category)*
*MIG / GMAW Welder:*
* Perform MIG welding on automobile chassis, frame components, and heavy structural parts.
* Adjust wire feed speed, gas flow, and voltage for steel and sheet metals.
*TIG / GTAW Welder:*
* Perform high-precision TIG welding on aluminum parts, EV battery packs, stainless steel exhaust systems, and thin sheet metals.
* Maintain clean, non-porous welds without heat distortion.
*Spot / Body Shop Welder:*
* Operate resistance spot welding guns on car body panels, doors, and floor pans on the assembly line.
* Ensure proper alignment and perform weld-nugget strength tests.
*Robotic Welding Operator:*
* Load components into fixtures and operate automated MIG/Laser welding robot cells.
* Monitor robot cycles, clean welding tips, and perform minor manual touch-ups if required.
*General & Quality Control Duties:*
* Read basic engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
* Clean, grind, and prepare metal surfaces prior to welding.
* Inspect finished welds for surface defects like cracks, spatters, or improper penetration.
* Strictly follow shop-floor safety rules and wear complete PPE (Welding Helmet, Gloves, Safety Shoes).

*Candidate Requirements*
*Education:* 10th / 12th Pass OR ITI in Welder Trade (NCVT/SCVT certified).
*Skills Needed:* MIG / TIG / Spot Welding, Blueprint Reading, Angle Grinder Operation, Quality Inspection.
*Preferred Background:* Prior experience in 2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, auto-component manufacturing, or body shop setup.
*Physical Fitness:* Ability to stand during shift hours and lift up to 20–25 kg.
