Job Description
- Assembly and fitting of industrial machines and extruder components.
- Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and assembly of machine parts.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and dimensions.
- Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and fitting tools effectively.
- Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and other basic fitting activities.
- Check dimensions, alignment, and quality of assembled components.
- Identify and rectify fitting/assembly-related issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete machine assembly within timelines.
