Senior AI/ML Technical Supervisor – Part-Time / Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Professional to provide technical supervision and strategic guidance for an ongoing Artificial Intelligence project involving AI model development, training, testing, and continuous improvement.

This is a remote, part-time advisory/supervisory position, ideal for a senior AI professional who can dedicate approximately 2–3 hours per day to ensure that the project and technical team remain on the right track.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall development and training of our AI model.
• Review the project’s technical architecture, methodology, and model-training process.
• Provide guidance to AI/ML engineers and other technical team members working on the project.
• Monitor progress and ensure the team is following appropriate AI/ML development practices.
• Identify potential technical hurdles, bottlenecks, risks, or incorrect approaches before they become major problems.
• Review model performance, training results, datasets, evaluation methods, and optimization strategies.
• Recommend improvements to model accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Help troubleshoot complex technical issues when the development team encounters difficulties.
• Establish appropriate milestones and help management determine whether the project is progressing in the right direction.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and accountability without requiring full-time involvement.
