✨ Job Summary: Goldcraft Jewellers is looking for a customer-friendly and sales-driven Jewellery Sales Associate to handle walk-in customers, showcase jewellery collections, build customer relationships, manage counter sales, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of jewellery or retail sales experience, good product knowledge, and a professional, well-groomed personality. Candidates from Mohali/Chandigarh and those available for immediate joining are preferred.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

💎 Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

👑 Show and explain jewellery collections including Gold, Diamond, Polki, Silver, and other products.

🤝 Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers.

🗣️ Explain jewellery products, basic karat information, stones, designs, and other relevant details.

🧾 Handle billing and approval processes accurately.

🏪 Maintain attractive jewellery displays, counter presentation, and store cleanliness.

📞 Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.

🎯 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and gold scheme targets.

📦 Assist with stock display and ensure jewellery is handled responsibly.

📊 Stay updated on jewellery trends, customer preferences, and new collections.

😊 Provide polite, professional, and customer-friendly service throughout the sales process.

📝 Maintain required sales and customer-related records.

🔐 Follow store procedures for product handling, billing, security, and customer service.

💰 Salary & Incentive: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (as per skill & experience)

🎯 Incentive: ₹5,000+ based on performance
