Location: Pallavaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
About the RoleImmek Softech Academy is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to people, helping students choose the right career path, and working in a positive, friendly environment, this opportunity is for you.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students through phone calls and explain our training programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling sessions and assist with the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollments.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
- RequirementsAny Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Education Counselling, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
