About the RoleAswad Overseas Studies is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide personalised overseas education guidance, and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the study-abroad admission process, excellent communication skills, counselling ability, follow-up discipline, and a proven track record in student conversions.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding study-abroad programs, universities, courses and admission pathways.
• Understand each student's academic profile, career goals, budget and destination preferences and recommend suitable options.
• Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and other lead-generation channels.
• Conduct structured counselling sessions and convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission cycle.
• Explain course structure, tuition fees, eligibility, scholarships, accommodation, visa requirements and timelines accurately.
• Coordinate with the Admissions, Documentation, Visa and University Relations teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Assist students with document collection, application submission and admission formalities.
• Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM / admission tracking system.
• Follow up with universities and internal teams regarding offer letters, fee payments and admission updates.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and university representatives.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, webinars and student counselling events when required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly application, conversion and admission targets.
• Stay updated on changes in university requirements, admission deadlines, visa procedures and international education trends.
• Provide post-admission coordination and ensure a positive student experience until departure.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience: 3–5 Years

Candidates should ideally have:

• 3–5 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad / Student Admissions / Education Counselling.
• Demonstrated experience in lead conversion and achieving admission targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with students and parents.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of overseas education destinations and admission procedures.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp and other admission-management tools.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, expertise and previous performance.
