Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain bakery products, ingredients, and offers to customers.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Handle cash and digital payments using POS systems.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in opening and closing stall operations.
- Support promotional or sampling activities when required.
