SPRS Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates based in Chennai who have experience in recruitment and HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and recruit suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic HR interviews and initial candidate screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Handle job postings and recruitment activities.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets within the given timelines.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Good time-management and coordination skills.
• Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates based in or able to work for the Chennai recruitment market are preferred.
