Music Master is a growing music education institution focused on providing structured music education in Guitar, Piano/Keyboard, Drums &, Singing with a strong emphasis on live performance and international-grade certifications through Trinity College London and Rockschool London. We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and responsible School Operations Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning.

ROLE OBJECTIVE: The School Operations Executive will be the operational backbone of Music Master.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

School & Store Operations (50%)

• Coordinate daily classes and schedules
• Coordinate with music teachers
• Maintain student attendance and records
• Communicate with parents and students
• Handle enquiries and follow-ups
• Coordinate admissions and trial/demo classes
• Manage classroom readiness and basic infrastructure
• Coordinate exams, performances and events
• Track fees, pending payments and student-related documentation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school

Website & Content (50%)

• Add and update website content
• Write simple blogs and music-related articles
• Update photos, videos and announcements
• Keep course information, schedules and other website information current
• Maintain a content calendar
