Job Description
Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and strictly according to approved engineering standards and blueprints.
Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
Layout & Alignment: Verify building layouts, excavation limits, shuttering, and steel reinforcement placement prior to concrete pouring.
Progress Monitoring: Track day-to-day construction activities to ensure they meet the project schedule, identifying and mitigating any delays.
Resource Management: Manage on-site laborers and ensure equipment is functioning and available when needed.
