Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of office and common areas
  • Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and visitors
  • Handle courier, bank, and other office errands
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and document movement
  • Support packing, labeling, stickering, and dispatch activities
  • Assist stores and inventory team when required
  • Receive visitors and provide basic assistance
  • Purchase stationery, pantry, and housekeeping items as instructed
  • Perform general office support duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th Pass preferred
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Honest, punctual, and disciplined
  • Prior experience as office assistant, peon, helper, or office boy is an advantage
  • Ability to travel locally for office-related work

Peon / Office Assistant Required – Chennai

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month

Office cleaning, pantry support, courier and bank work, filing, packing and dispatch assistance, and general office support. Honest and punctual candidates preferred. Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
