Job Description

  • Visit customer locations to collect water, wastewater, food, soil, air and other samples as instructed.
  • Safely transport samples from customer sites to the laboratory.
  • Ensure samples are properly labelled, packed and handled during transportation.
  • Complete sample collection forms, field records and customer acknowledgements.
  • Deliver test reports, invoices and other documents to customers when required.
  • Coordinate with the laboratory team regarding sample collection schedules.
  • Use Google Maps / smartphone for navigation and customer communication.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
  • Maintain records of fuel, travel and vehicle usage.
  • Assist the technical team during field sampling and site visits when required.
  • Follow company safety, sample handling and quality procedures.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and represent Falcon Lab professionally.
