Job Description

ITI Education level also Acceptable

-Manage daily tool setting and delivery activities for production lines.

-Monitor and maintain tool stock and inventory to ensure continuous production.

-Coordinate with production teams for tool replacement, availability, and urgent requirements.

-Follow up on tool-related issues at the shop floor and coordinate with suppliers for quick resolution.

-Support tool delivery, collection, and movement between tool room and production areas.

-Maintain accurate records of tool stock, usage, and delivery status.

-Communicate with suppliers regarding tool supply, delivery delays, quality issues, and replacements.

-Support daily TMS operations to ensure stable tool availability and smooth production.

-Identify recurring tool-related issues and report them to the responsible team for improvement.
