Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating survey project documentation, handling client communication, maintaining records, supporting field teams, and ensuring smooth administrative activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration and coordination.



Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries.



Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and project reports.



Maintain survey project files, drawings, and documentation records.



Coordinate with survey engineers and field teams regarding project schedules.



Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and office maintenance.



Maintain data entry and update project status reports regularly.



Support management in preparing presentations and official documents.



Follow up with clients regarding payments and project updates.



Organize and maintain digital and physical records properly.



Coordinate logistics for survey equipment and site visits.



Ensure timely communication between clients, engineers, and management.



Required Skills



Good communication skills in English and Tamil.



Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).



Email drafting and document preparation skills.



Good organizational and multitasking abilities.



Ability to coordinate with clients and technical teams.



Basic understanding of land survey projects is an added advantage.



Qualification



Any Degree / Diploma.



Experience in administration or office coordination preferred.



Preferred Candidate



Responsible and punctual.



Good follow-up skills.



Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.



Professional attitude and teamwork capability.
