Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly, ensuring clear communication, and facilitating effective resolutions. They work diligently to uphold the reliability and efficiency of world-class systems, fostering strong relationships with clients through consistent support and proactive problem management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
