Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Research potential clients and target markets to develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain the company’s products/services to potential clients.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and sales discussions with prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly lead-generation and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
