📢 Customer Relation Executive – Job Opening

Job Location: Across Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full Time

👤 Eligibility:

  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Qualification: Any Degree (UG / PG)

  • Age: 18 – 30 Years

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Freshers: ₹18,000 Take-Home
  • Experienced: Up to ₹24,000 Take-Home
  • Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

⏰ Working Hours:

  • Male: Rotational Shift
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Female: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Handle customer queries, requests & service issues
  • Explain plans, offers, discounts & benefits
  • Promote and cross-sell products/services
  • Handle activations, upgrades & service requests
  • Maintain good customer relationships
