Job Description:
We are looking for a Debt Collection Telecaller to contact customers and follow up on pending payments. The candidate should communicate politely and help customers clear their outstanding dues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment options
- Follow up regularly and maintain payment records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Update daily call and payment status
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
