Inventory Cum Store Manager

We are looking for organised and detail oriented inventory & store admin to manage day-to-day inventory,billing,stock,purchases,and store administration for our boutique

Key responsibilities :

Manage daily inventory and stock records

Handle stock receiving,checking,tagging and updating

Maintain purchase and supplier records

Manage barcode, POS and billing systems

Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases and returns

Handle customer orders and tailoring order administration

Coordinate with the tailoring team regarding customer orders and delivery status

Assist with basic billing and accounts administration

Conduct regular stock checking and reconciliation

Maintain proper documentation and store records

Support the smooth day-to-day administration of the boutique

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

1–3 years of experience in boutique, fashion retail, clothing store, inventory or administration

Experience with Tally, POS, barcode or inventory software is an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong organisational and record-keeping skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented and responsible

Computer savvy and comfortable handling daily data entry

Experience in apparel/fashion retail is preferred
