Relationship Manager (RM)

Location: Chennai South

Job Responsibilities

- Visit and maintain good relationships with SOD (Second-hand/Used Vehicle) Dealers in the assigned Chennai South region.

- Regularly meet dealers and understand their business and customer requirements.

- Generate vehicle loan leads through dealer network and convert leads into business.

- Develop new dealer relationships and strengthen existing dealer connections.

- Collect customer/loan details and coordinate with the internal team for further processing.

- Follow up on leads from login to disbursement.

- Achieve monthly business and lead-generation targets.

- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details and dealer follow-ups.

Preferred Location

Candidates who are residing in or familiar with Chennai South locations are preferred, as the role involves extensive field visits across the Chennai South region.

Requirements

- Experience in Auto Finance / Vehicle Finance / Banking / NBFC sales is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for dealer visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Strong relationship-building and sales skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
