• Telecalling & Customer Follow-upMake calls to potential customers and enquiries.
• Explain SuShree products and gifting options.
• Follow up with customers through phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a database of enquiries and follow-up status.
• Convert enquiries into orders wherever possible.
• Contact corporate customers, event organizers and potential bulk-order customers.
• Order & Enquiry ManagementRecord customer requirements, quantities and delivery details.
• Coordinate with the owner/team regarding quotations and orders.
• Follow up until the enquiry is converted or closed.
• Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries and orders.
• Skills RequiredGood Tamil and English communication skills.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
• Ability to create simple Instagram posts/reels using Canva is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Responsible, energetic and willing to learn.
• Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.

Preferred CandidateFemale candidate, preferably 20–35 years, with:

• Good communication skills
• Pleasant and confident personality
• Interest in social media and online business
• Willingness to make regular customer calls
• Ability to work independently
