Job Description
Position: MIS Executive
Department: Operations / MIS
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Madhavaram
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily reports, maintain operational data, prepare MIS reports, and provide accurate information to management for decision-making.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different departments.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and other MIS systems.
- Prepare productivity, attendance, manpower, inventory, and operational reports.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate dashboards and management reports as required.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, accounts, and other departments for data collection.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Complete reports within defined timelines.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
