Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure electronic components, equipment, and related materials as per company requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate purchase terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders through ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor details, and procurement documentation.
  • Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.
  • Coordinate with stores, accounts, and sales teams for smooth procurement operations.
  • Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and product availability.
  • Ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve supplier-related issues.
  • Generate procurement reports and maintain MIS records using Excel.
