Office Timings: 09:30am - 06:30pm


JobSummary:

We are looking for a data-driven Business Operations Team Lead to streamline processes, manage operational workflows, and utilize CRM data to drive business efficiency.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the daily activities of the Business Operations team.

2. Design, generate, and maintain complex MIS reports and live dashboards for executive leadership.

3. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, HR, and Finance teams to align operational goals.
