Job Description

Senior Technical Support Engineer

  • Provide advanced technical support for Auto ID products, barcode scanners, label printers, and related peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues at customer locations or remotely.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal/industrial label printers and barcode solutions.
  • Work with printer drivers, label-design software, print servers, and network configurations.
  • Coordinate with customers, field teams, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain service reports, troubleshooting documentation, and knowledge-base records.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and preventive maintenance as required.
  • Service income Revenue generation by Repair & Maintenance charges
  • Experience: 3–6+ years in technical support/service, preferably with strong Auto ID and label-printer expertise.
