Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOPs, call scripts, and communication frameworks to improve lead engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation from website, Instagram, Facebook and paid advertising campaigns, converting inquiries into WhatsApp leads and consultations.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, engagement metrics, revenue growth and campaign performance.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including paid ads, lead funnels, remarketing campaigns, and ROI optimization.
  • Coordinate with sales and counseling teams to enhance customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
