Job Description
We are looking for a TeleSales Executive to join our team at IAT Networks to handle customer calls.
The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls or field inbound inquiries from potential buyers.
• Provide customers with accurate information.
• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Pitch products, explain features, and highlight special offers.
- Answer client questions and overcome objections.
- Close sales and process customer purchase orders.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
