Job Description
A Tele Sales Executive in real estate calls leads, explains property details, qualifies buyers, and schedules site visits for the field sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a focus on meeting daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Introduce property projects, pricing, and special offers over the phone.
- Qualify customer needs and budget to match them with suitable properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the field sales team.
- Log all call notes, client feedback, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to move them down the sales funnel.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in tele-sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Clear speaking voice and good command of local languages and English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Patient, persuasive, and able to handle call rejections
