As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Siemens Mendix environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
- Ability to develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and driving improvements in testing accuracy and integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
