Job Description
Prepare and arrange tables with clean linen, polished cutlery, glassware, and condiments before service.
Welcome guests, assist in seating when needed, and help servers deliver food and drinks promptly.
Clear dirty plates, refill water glasses, and bus tables during and after meals for quick turnover.
Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, cookware, and glasses either manually or using industrial dishwashers.
Keep side stations, back-of-house areas, and the dining room floors clean, organized, and free of debris.
