Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper inward and outward movement of products with accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and support cycle counts.
- Ensure proper product stacking, storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, logistics, and operations teams.
- Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor their productivity.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor damages, shortages, excess stock, and expiry-related issues.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per business requirements.
- Maintain daily warehouse reports and operational records.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
- Train and guide warehouse team members on SOPs and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
- Support audits and reconciliation of inventory whenever required.
