Job Description
- Run a designated kitchen station during service to ensure smooth operations.
- Cook and plate menu items according to exact recipe standards.
- Check ingredient freshness and follow strict hygiene and food safety rules.
- Monitor stock levels, prevent waste, and report needs to senior chefs.
- Guide and train junior chefs working in the same section.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Education: High school diploma or a certificate from a culinary school.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, calm under pressure, and deep knowledge of cooking methods.
- Certifications: Valid food safety and hygiene certificates
