Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare burgers, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, fries, and other continental fast food items.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Plan kitchen inventory, forecast ingredient requirements, coordinate grocery purchases, and promptly inform management before stock runs low.
  • Follow standard recipes and work efficiently during busy service hours.


Requirements

  • Experience in continental fast food preparation.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Bonus skills: Knowledge of making Dosa and Parotta.
