Job OverviewWe are looking for a talented and responsible Architect to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of residential planning, architectural drawings, interior coordination, and client requirements. The role involves handling projects from concept and planning through execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare residential architectural plans, layouts, and working drawings.
• Develop 2D plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate architectural designs with interior design requirements.
• Understand client requirements and develop suitable design solutions.
• Prepare drawings for execution and coordinate with the site team.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work progress when required.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.
• Make necessary design modifications based on client feedback.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Take responsibility for assigned projects and complete work within deadlines.
• Software Knowledge – MandatoryAutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray
• 3ds Max

Knowledge of 2D planning and 3D visualization is highly preferred.

• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of residential planning and space planning.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and execution.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

QualificationB.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.

Working Hours09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Immediate Joiners are preferred.
