Job Description

Mobile Chip-Level Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobile motherboard issues at chip level.
  • Handle IC replacement, soldering, rework, jumper and track repair.
  • Troubleshoot charging, power, display, network and short-circuit issues.
  • Use schematic, board-view software and diagnostic tools.
  • Perform quality testing after every repair.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile chip-level repair preferred.
  • Strong microsoldering and motherboard troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Android and iPhone repairs preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and technical skills.
