Job Title: Purchase Executive – Vendor Development

Location: Coimbatore

Department: Purchase / Procurement

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle vendor development and procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new vendors

Compare quotations and negotiate prices

Create and follow up on purchase orders

Ensure timely availability of materials

Coordinate with production and quality teams

Maintain vendor records and documents

Monitor vendor performance (quality, delivery, cost)

Resolve issues related to suppliers

Eligibility:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)

0–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement (Freshers can also apply)

Skills Required:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of materials and purchasing process

MS Excel / ERP knowledge is an added advantage
