Job Description

  • Incoming customer calls attend karna aur customers ki queries ko properly handle karna.
  • Customer ki requirement, product details aur enquiry ko accurately note karna.
  • Har incoming enquiry ka proper record maintain karna.
  • Customer ko required product/service ki basic information dena aur zarurat padne par senior/team ko enquiry forward karna.
  • Daily incoming calls aur enquiries ka follow-up/record maintain karna.
  • Minimum billing target/requirement ko monitor karna aur achieve karne ki koshish karna.
  • Daily sales aur billing ka basic record maintain karna.
  • Customers ke saath polite aur professional communication maintain karna.
  • Sales team ke saath coordination karke customer enquiries ko timely handle karna.
