Job Description
- Source and hire blue-collar candidates through field visits, local references, job portals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Conduct on-ground recruitment drives at relevant locations.
- Manage bulk hiring for Delivery Boys, Sorters, Pickers, Packers and Warehouse staff.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, verification and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Coordinate with Operations/Hub Managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure candidates join within the required timelines.
- Maintain a database/pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates until their joining.
- We currently have 2 Field HR openings -one in Dehradun and one in Haridwar.
