Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of TDS, GST filing, and basic computer accounting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)

 Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure compliance with timelines

 Handle GST registrations, monthly/quarterly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

 Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations

 Maintain and update invoice records and tax reports

 Ensure timely payments and manage accounts payable and receivable

 Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

 Coordinate with auditors during audits

 Maintain proper documentation for all accounting records

Required Skills:

 Good knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting standards

 Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
