E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, order management, inventory handling, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Create and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

Upload new products and update existing listings.

Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability.

Process and track customer orders.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch.

Handle returns, replacements, and customer queries.

Monitor pricing, offers, and marketplace promotions.

Plan and execute sales campaigns during events and festivals.

Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.

Track marketplace performance metrics.

Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotions.

Ensure account health and compliance with marketplace policies.

Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.

Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.

Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of marketplace SEO is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketplace management.

Experience with inventory management and order processing.
