Government E-Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Government and PSU sector.

Handle government sales through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other government procurement platforms.

Search, evaluate, and track relevant government tenders and bids.

Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, technical documents, commercial bids, and required compliance documents.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Design, Finance, and Management for tender submissions.

Maintain regular communication with government departments, purchase officers, consultants, and institutional clients.

Generate enquiries and convert government requirements into orders.

Follow up on submitted bids, technical evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.

Understand government tender terms, eligibility criteria, EMD, security deposit, PBG, delivery terms, and other requirements.

Coordinate with the execution and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Maintain proper records of tenders, quotations, orders, payments, and customer communications.

Develop long-term relationships with government departments and institutional customers.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
