Job Description
The Manager will oversee and lead a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and ensure excellence in execution across all territories. The Manager will analyze sales data, guide ASMs with coaching and performance reviews, and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Strong leadership, FMCG market understanding, and team management skills are essential.
